He is a Pokemon with Psychic powers he first appears along with the introduction of Brawl and Mario Kart wii during Age of Apocalypse in issue 46. He helps to battle the enemies but is soon controlled by Cassandra Nova and becomes her servant up until just before the House of M is created.
