Being an associate for Kai Winn under Gul Duhkat, Kai Winn during the 49th issue desperatly looks for him so she can kill him. It turns out that Gul Duhkat is in fact the Joker and with Sylar he manages to kill Kai Winn. He tries to kill the Human Torch with his team but soon afterwards changes his target to Peter Petrelli and Lana Lang. In XSSD TV Show he is an arch enemy of Peter Petrelli, always wanting control of the presidency and it ends up that he is in fact Peter's brother Nathan Petrelli
