First Appearance: 1# Raphael's Kingdom Part 1
He is one of the original XSSD members and he along with his brother Cyclops are the first siblings to be in XSSD. He has the power to generate plasma blast. In the TV Show he appears in season 6 as part of biker group that joins XSSD along with Sonic, Funky Kong, Dampierre and Wombuffet.
